The project is a 2 million tons iron fine powder processing and tailings brick production enterprise. In November 2012, it registered in Rizhao District with Rizhao Zhongyi Property Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Located in the east side of G204 National Road in Hushan Town. The total planned investment of the project is 480 million yuan, of which 300 million yuan is fixed investment (100 million yuan in the first phase).

The project covers an area of 237 mu, with a net land area of 190 mu. The building area coverage rate accounts for 60% of the land, the greening rate accounts for 15%, and the total land area is 1,57998 square meters.
