Alumina titanate ceramic
The alumina titanate ceramic has a high melting point (1860℃±10℃), low coefficient thermal expansion (under condition of RT—1000℃, α<2.0×10-6/℃), and good thermal shock resistance (△Tc>1000℃). In addition, it has the non-wetting specialty with many metals (especially non-ferrous metal) and glass liquid.
The alumina titanate ceramic has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, good air-tightness and thermal shock fatigue resistance. Its products have great market potential and wide application, which can be widely used in high-temperature resistance, thermal resistance and corrosion resistance environments.
The alumina titanate ceramic can be used for thermocouple protection tube of the continuous measurement of molten metal temperature, or honeycomb ceramic for automotive exhaust purification, as well as the inner liner & piston of engine exhaust pipe and so on.
